OUTSIDES

I’ve long been drawn to more unconventional depictions of the human form and ways of blurring different media. These pieces are photography, but there is a real-life painting component to them. They are also abstract expressions of some part of my own psyche, as art usually is for its creator. I’ll not explain the series beyond that, though - I’d like for you to look at these pieces and come up with your own interpretations and ideas around them. I will say, though, that it’s been quite an incredible experience to work with all of the wonderful volunteers who have lent their time and their bodies to this series.

I began work in this series in early 2021, and it’s still ongoing as of late 2022. More pieces will be added here over time, but for now, this is a selection of my favourite works.
